I have worked as an independent M&A advisor for the past 2 years, helping gaming clients fundraise or sell their businesses. I am also advising studios and publishers that I have invested in. I previously worked at Stillfront and Gameloft as M&A director for over 3 years. Before that I was an investment banker for about 10 years: I started my career on a trading floor at J.P.Morgan in London, then co-founded a booming M&A boutique in Paris - before I realized I needed to work in games, my passion.
