I am a lawyer based in the UK, specialised in emerging technology from both a commercial and regulatory perspective, including regulation relevant to cryptographic assets and distributed ledger technology (i.e. blockchain), gambling regulation, intellectual property rights and related commercial matters. I combine the above areas to assist a range of different clients. including talent and rights holders from the creative and sports industries (including music, films & TV, fashion, athletes, sports clubs etc.), crypto-native talent (including NFT artists), traditional artists, platforms and marketplaces, VCs, play to earn/game-fi developers and publishers, Metaverse providers, AI developers, creative and production agencies, Web3 brands, and DAOs. I am also involved in the Web3/Metaverse space from both a policy-standpoint, having contributed to the UK Law Society guidance on blockchain (focusing on NFTs), and from a community-standpoint, being part of and a board advisor to NFTUK (the largest NFT community in the UK).
