Tamara is a Senior Director of HR at Outfit7 and a firm believer in creating safe, healthy, productive, and creative work environments for people in the gaming industry. A PCC level Coach & Coach Supervisor with the International Coaching Federation, she works toward changing the world through educating, empowering and growing others. Years of frontline game production experience as a Lead Game Artist and Producer have given her unique insights and expertise that she uses to craft her trailblazing new approaches on how to build, develop, support, and grow multidisciplinary teams. Whether promoting eSports culture, doing SFX makeup for zombie walks, or coaching people and teams, Tamara uses a people-first approach to enable others to do their best. Mental health in creative professions is her passion, and she hopes to become a part of the conversation to ignite curiosity and put forward solutions for this challenge.
