His expertise and skills have been instrumental in putting some of the top UK games studios on the international stage for visual quality, across multiple platforms and genres, winning numerous awards. He has held in house senior studio leadership positions most notably at NaturalMotion, Nordeus and Jagex. Recently he founded his own consultancy aimed at levelling up game studios capabilities within the creative crafts and is an advisory board member for multiple studios
