The rumors are true: Golden Ticket is back!
We know you’ve been asking for this, and we don’t like to leave you hanging, so here it is: THU Golden Ticket by NOS is back, and submissions are now open!
It’s all about change.
This challenge may have started as a way for you to go to the main event for free, but it has grown into something much bigger. Our vision evolved, and we want the golden ticket to be proof that art and creativity can lead to important change and have a real impact on society. You often don’t realize your power as an artist and how meaningful your vision is, but that needs to change.
We want to give you a platform where you can raise awareness through your unique creations, so if you’re a 2D or 3D artist, it’s time to become an “Agent of Change.” This is your chance to use your creativity as a tool to raise awareness about important issues in society, especially sustainability.
Your Creative Process Matters
The final submission is important, but WIPs are also key. We encourage you to post work in progress images and share your thoughts during the challenge, taking the community along on your journey. There are valuable insights behind each final image, and we want to understand the meaning behind your artwork and the story of your piece.
Covering the basics
Besides a full ride to the THU Main Event with all expenses paid (ticket, travel, accommodation, and meals), we’re upping our game this year: the winner of the professional category will be a Knight at the event!
The Golden Ticket awards two categories - Professionals and Students. This year, we have a third one created exclusively for Golden Ticket by NOS: Portuguese Students, to find and empower talent in the country where THU was born.
