

Storyboard artist with over 30 years experience in film and TV.
Biography
Jonathan grew up in the north of England and studied art and music at Brighton Polytechnic. Early work was on sets as an art assistant and prop maker. In turn this led to an opening to be a storyboard artist and a 30+ career in films, TV and commercials. Working closely with great directors over the years has given a great knowledge of the film making process, visualising scripts, shot composition and storytelling.
In 2016 he and his business partner Adrian started Monkeyshine. A company that produces animatics and storyboards for film and TV.
Monkeyshine has worked on productions such as No Time to die, The Substance, Paddington in Peru, The Marvels, The Sandman, The Northman, Murder on the Orient Express and Jason Bourne.
Jonathan lives in London with his wife Mary. They have a son, Fionn, who is a musician.
