Rhea's career began centered on software engineering for motion capture and real-time graphics in live performance. Transitioning to VFX work in the early 2000s she built animation workflows, then did green screen virtual production combined with live motion capture on set, managed a virtual stage and built production IT infrastructure. Her passion is making technology support artists, and has taught classes all over the world in between production gigs. Currently she's working with Netflix Animation productions in early production.
