Sally Slade is the Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer at Voltaku Studios, a real-time animation studio creating living stories that transcend platforms. She was drawn to real-time animation after serving as User Experience Lead for the Lumiere award-winning Virtual Production system used to create Disney's The Lion King. Recognized by Forbes as an "Inspiring Immersive Creator" and by Shondaland as a "Woman Who Inspires", Sally does her best to share her expertise with colleagues and students around the globe as a mentor, author, and public speaker.

Her hobbies include illustration and VTubing, to which ends she has designed, developed, and published a "Virtual Production for anime" app on iOS.
