As puppeteering became more and more sought after to maintain the safety of the people, Sterling Academy, the most prestigious puppeteering school, received an influx of new prosperous students. Filia Warren is one such future puppeteer. While her skill is impeccable, having been born with only one arm will set her back immensely. Despite the opinions of her fellow peers, she will stop at nothing to prove she is the best puppeteer in the world. As Filia meets several friends, enemies, and frenemies, her skills are put to the test, and she is forced to rely on her ingenuity and skills in a world that treasures expertise as a birthright.
