You probably had no idea, but imposter syndrome has been keeping me from being really open with you. But I realize now that in order to make a difference, I need to put it all out there. That I can't be afraid to share my dreams, my vision, why we're doing things and the bigger picture - the bigger goals we're looking to achieve...and also the struggles along the way. Here's the beginning of that, starting with the latest installment of Sony Talent League. The first steps of me being more open with you about all of it.

Your palms are sweating and you feel like you can’t breathe. If this sounds familiar, you likely know what it's like to experience anxiety.
French author Saint-Exupery likely said it best: “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” But is the quest to achieve perfection healthy? Although its pursuit may prompt us to start moving towards our goals (a good thing!), in excess it can also paralyze us. So, is it time we stop trying to achieve perfect and focus on looking ahead instead?
As advances in tools, technology and communication have been made, creators have inevitably said to themselves: it's all been done, why bother trying? But it hasn't been done by you, with your particular perspective and frame of reference. With your background and experiences. With your hands and ears and eyes.
